It sure has been a lazy week around here.  I have class every evening and some house work during the day, but that’s it.  I am so disappointed.  No funny stories yet this week.

This weekend should be different.  My boys have big plans. Preteen has a friend sleeping over and little man is going to a sleep over.  The fireman and I have a birthday party for a dear friend of mine Saturday night, so that should be a blast.  He is on duty Sunday so he won’t drink too much.  He can be the DD and bring me home and put me to bed.

As you know, I am taking cosmetology classes at night.  I have been in them for a year now.  We have class time on Monday nights, and then Tuesday through Thursday we take clients like a regular salon.  Last quarter we had so many students, there weren’t enough clients to go around.  We worked alot on manekin heads.  There were a bunch of seniors that graduated so we are now down several stations.  This week has been our first week of the quarter and damn if we aren’t busy as shit.  I love the ones that tip, too!

Hope you guys have a great weekend and stay warm!!  It is supposed to be 17 degress here Saturday morning.  I know that isn’t cold for some people but here it’s like a damn weather crisis!  BRING IN THE PETS, THE PLANTS, CHECK ON THE ELDERLY!  Sheesh!  I’ll be back!
